Communicating with clients is key to every freelancer’s success. Still, it’s a skill that few of us have studied—or even thought about in any strategic way.
In this sixth episode of ATA’s Back to Business Basics Webinar Series, presenter Corinne McKay will start with the basics of professional email and phone communication. Then she’ll move on to advanced communication issues and tactics, such as the strategic use of auto-responders, cultural differences in phone and email communication, and when to communicate with clients by phone instead of email.
