The COVID-19 crisis has presented new and unique challenges to the world. Many of us have been teleworking, isolated from co-workers, friends and family, and our daily routines have become disrupted, causing added anxiety and stress.
As we continue to protect ourselves from potential exposure to the virus, keep in mind that social distancing should not mean social isolation.
Join us for a panel discussion on working remotely during COVID times, share your experiences and concerns, and get answers from our panelists, who will provide some practical tips on taking care of our mental health and well-being.
Feel free to send any questions or comments pertaining to the issue when you register (we are providing a field for that), and our panelists will review them before the event.
